As another year draws to a close, we want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2023!

We saw some great changes musically in 2022. We noticed firstly that the quality of virtual studio technology (VST) such as digital synths and effects have really gone to the next level in terms of capability and sound quality, particularly in the past year. The result of this is many audio sample packs, loops, and virtual instruments are now indistinguishable from the real thing. 

A.I. has also seen some big leaps forward. Generative art has made it possible for anybody to get creative and find static images which work for them. Our last two releases, Imagine Midnight and Unalone both used generative art for the album covers. We can't wait to see generative video, which is no doubt just around the corner. 

Excitement for 2023 may have already began for us, but we have not finished 2022 yet! We are in the studio right on Christmas week working on what we do best - electronic music for the masses. Happy Christmas!

As the weather is getting colder this October, we hope you enjoy these house tracks to give you some warm fuzzy feelings!

After the successful launch of our third EP, 'Redeem', we have been back in the studio planning our next album. 

Coming next we will return to our roots and release a house music EP. House music has been a genre we both enjoyed, from our formative years growing up, right up until to this day. House music is also the genre Steffen mastered his DJ skills in, with his mixes available to listen to on his personal DJ site here. 

We will release a single from this EP in the coming weeks. Currently the track is being prepared for mastering, so you will not have long to wait. We look forward to the new single release and the upcoming EP and feel it has the electronic rhythm and the power we all love!

After a few months of a delay due to having to embrace an almost fully remote way of working, our third EP 'Redeem' is out now! Like many musicians, due to Covid we were forced to work almost entirely virtually while creating this release. We decided to use this restriction to our advantage though, and cast a global net when trying to find a guest vocalist for the EP. By fortune, we found Russia based vocalist Julia Nem, who did a fantastic job at bringing our vocals to life and taking the music to the next level. With Julia in Russia, and Ciaran and Steffen in Amsterdam and Ireland, respectively, this EP was a completely cross-European effort! 

To give some context - this is a concept album. The EP is inspired by the process of finding purpose and meaning in one's life, overcoming the struggles we face, and finding acceptance and redemption of our own soul. In life you have a choice to go into corruption or go towards redemption. With the choice of redemption you are forgiven, you refuse chaos and turn your back on corruption. You are again part of the whole, you are working for the greater good for humanity, and not self-centred. You over your own greed, selfishness, and lust, and find yourself again in a place of beauty, oneness and strong emotional and mental health. You strive towards positivity and creative construction.

The lyrics and music initially are dark and represent feelings of abandonment and loss, followed by realising that life is a thing of beauty, next feeling your soul is taken over by the greatness of the universe and life, and lastly achieving redemption whereby we leave or corruption to die and embrace our soul.

We are really excited to release this EP and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Steffen and Ciaran.

Our latest six track E.P. entitled 'Redeem' will be released very soon. We are a little behind on schedule, but only due to the fact that we want to do it right! We have a fantastic range of singers from Russia, the US, and the UK working with us on this track and we are excited to share it with you.Tracks on this album range from a blend of genres like techno, house, and soft electronic music.

The lyrics within the album were written under the concept of 'redemption' - finding yourself, your soul, and your faith, in the face of difficulty and hardship. The lyrics reflect the difficulties we all occasionally face, and overcoming these challenges through finding humbling yourself, being kind to yourself and others, and belief in a power greater than yourself.

While Covid is still on-going, like many musicians, we have been forced to work remotely, communicating via Zoom and e-mail. While we are grateful to live in a world where this is possible, we are extremely excited to get back in the studio together, and collaborate with the many session musicians who lend their talent to our tracks! To that end, we have been laying down foundations of various tracks, outlining structures and arrangements, and recording electronic elements of the tracks (due to restrictions we can't get into the studio with others to record vocals or traditional instruments!) While working away in the background, we recently brought a track to completion; a lo-fi hip-hop/chill-hop track entitled 'Dreamers'. This track features a recital of phrases from the poem 'Ode' by John O'Shaughnessy, beautifully spoken by an anonymous narrator, with a smooth and mature voice, who works under the moniker Tom O'Bedlam. We would again like to thank a good friend of the band and fantastic visual artist I A M A C O S M O N A U T for his amazing artwork we used for the cover of this single.
